Ryan D. Vincent, M.D.
Specializes in the treatment of glaucoma and cataracts.
Dr. Vincent received his medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 2006. His general surgery internship training was completed at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver. He received his residency training in ophthalmology at the UMKC School of Medicine. During his tenure at UMKC, he served as chief ophthalmology resident for the 2009 academic year, and represented UMKC at the CareerPhysician™ Chief Resident Leadership Forum in May 2009. He also completed subspecialty training in glaucoma at Baylor College of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology, in Houston.
Dr. Vincent has co-authored articles and a book chapter on various topics related to glaucoma. Although his primary interest is in glaucoma, he has given numerous presentations dealing with a wide variety of aspects relative to ophthalmology.
