Meet Dr. Hansen

Lauren A. Hansen, O.D. is an optometrist at Sabates Eye Centers, serving patients in Kansas City. She specializes in adult and pediatric primary care, advanced care for ocular disease, and contact lenses.

Dr. Hansen earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from the University of Kansas. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Additionally, she completed externships and practiced at various eye centers in California, Illinois, Colorado and Kansas.

She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the American Society of Ophthalmic Administration.
