Dr. Alyssa Cooper received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and earned her Doctor of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. During her time in Tennessee, Dr. Cooper worked for The Eye Center at Southern College of Optometry as an adult and pediatric primary eye care physician, focusing on advanced ocular disease, contact lens, vision therapy, low vision and rehabilitation, technology and optical rotations.

Dr. Cooper is a member of the Missouri Optometric Association and Kansas Optometric Association, and is medically licensed in Kansas and Texas.
